1. Disconnect and reconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries. Then, plug in the feeder using the original adapter and power cable.
2. Reset the feeder: Hold the Up button for 6s when the feeder is in locked mode to reset the feeder.
3. Verify the result: Unlock the feeder, press and hold the button for 3 seconds until a beep is heard. Release the button, and start recording (Max 10s). After recording, press the
button again to see if your voice is playing successfully.
4. Further testing: Press the Feed button to see if the feeder plays your voice successfully.
5. Change power: If not, please power on the feeder using another adapter, power cable, and power outlet to troubleshoot the issue further. You can also add three Alkaline dry-cell batteries to see if there is any difference.
