A: After subscribing, Petlibro Care helps you track your pet’s daily food and water intake, provides community-based reference ranges for feeding and hydration, and offers insights into your pet’s daily behavior and wellness trends.
Q: How do I choose the right subscription plan, and what's the difference?
A: Petlibro Care Standard gives you data tracking for a single pet, while Petlibro Care Plus offers tracking for multiple pets. Choose the plan that best fits the number of pets you have.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: If you've had your subscription for 7 days or less and no longer want the service, you can cancel for a full refund. If you subscribed through the Petlibro app, you can cancel your subscription directly in the Apple App Store or Google Play under your order history.
