What Should I Do If My Pet Can Feed by Itself by Pressing the Feed Button on the Essential Wi-Fi Feeder?

1. Press the FEED button twice quickly to see if the feeder will release food. If yes, it means that the feeder is in unlocked mode.

2. Please press and hold the FEED button for 6 seconds; the red indicator will flash twice, meaning that the buttons are locked or unlocked.

3. Next, press the feed button twice quickly to check if the feeder will dispense food again. If not, this means that even if your pet presses the feed button again, the feeder will not release anything.
