What should I do if the Polar Wet Food Feeder cannot be connected?

1. Check the WiFi settings: Restart the router and check if there is any setting that prevents the feeder from connecting to your WiFi, such as a firewall or VPN. Additionally, make sure that your network operates on only a 2.4G band.

2. Reset the feeder: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries. Then, plug in the feeder using the original charger. Hold the reset button next to the charging port for 3 seconds to reset the feeder.

3. WiFi connection: Place the feeder next to the router to ensure that the signal is strong, and make sure that the WiFi name and password are correct.

There are 2 ways to connect the feeder to the app. Please refer to the tutorial videos below for each method. Then check if you can connect to the feeder successfully.

Bluetooth Connection

Hotspot Connection

4. Change WiFi: If the feeder cannot be connected, you can also try another 2.4G network/hotspot to determine the results.
