What should I do if I don't want to receive any offline notifications after I unplug the Polar Wet Food Feeder?

The offline notification is designed to notify customers promptly about the status of the feeder, ensuring timely checks to prevent food spoilage and protect their pets from illness.
 
If you don't want to receive the notifications anymore, please turn on the feeder and reconnect it to the app, then disable the Notification Settings in the Device Settings.
 

After following the instructions above, the app will not report the notification to you again after you unplug the feeder.
