What should I do if the Glacier Fountain doesn't work?

There are several possible reasons for the fountain to stop working. You can try the following troubleshooting steps.

 

1. Check the power supply (adapter and the cable). Use the adapter (No.12) and the cable (No.11) with your other devices to see if they work properly. If not, replace the adapter and the cable.

2. Check the installation. Ensure that the water fountain is assembled correctly. Here is a picture and a tutorial video for your reference.

3. Check the water level. Add the water to the Max to ensure that the water is sufficient.

4. Check the indicator lights. Plug it in, and check whether the indicator lights are on when hearing a "bee". If not, try pressing the power button for 3 seconds.

5. When the indicator lights are turning on, gently wave your hands in front of the fountain to trigger the motion sensors, and check if there is a motor sound and if there is water flow.

 

6. If the indicators turn on normally and there is a motor sound, but no water flows out, clean the water fountain thoroughly (including the water pipe and the mesh filter). Please refer to the pictures and the video in the link below:
