What should I do if the food tray of the Polar Wet Food Feeder doesn't rotate or keeps rotating?

If the food tray in the Polar Wet Food Feeder doesn't rotate, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot:

 

1. Disconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries for more than 5 minutes.
2. Check the motor and foreign matter: Open the top lid to see if the food tray can rotate properly when you manually rotate the food tray using your hand. Additionally, please check if there is ice in the refrigeration area.

3. Reset and reconnect the feeder: If the food tray rotates properly, turn on the feeder using the original charger. Reset the feeder by holding the reset button next to the power port for 3 seconds. Then reconnect the feeder to the app.

4. Rotation testing on the app: Click the "Feed Now" option to manually open the sliding lid, then click the rotation icon several times to see if the food tray rotates.


5. Scheduled feeding testing: Next, set up some meal schedules to determine the results.

6. Change power: You can also plug the feeder into another power outlet to see if there is any difference.
