1. Make sure the feeder is powered on using the original adapter and power cable.

2. Make sure the grains are dry.

3. Clean up the feeder outlet and the food tray. Make sure that there is nothing stuck between the stainless steel bowl and the bowl holder.

4. Reduce portions.

5. Install the stainless steel bowl and press it hard to let it fit inside the plastic bowl holder better. Then, release some food to check the result.

6. If the issue occurs again, remove the stainless steel bowl and only use the white plastic bowl to verify the result.
