1. Make sure that your feeder is turned on using the original adapter and power cable.
2. Ensure the WiFi operates only on the 2.4 GHz network, and place the feeder as close as possible to your router to make sure that the signal is strong.
3. Ensure the APP is the Petlibro Lite.
4. Press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds to reset the feeder.
5. Connect the feeder to the Petlibro Lite app to verify the result.
6. If the feeder goes offline again, please try to use another phone to connect to the feeder, or share a 2.4 GHz hotspot, then connect the feeder to the Petlibro Lite app via this hotspot to see if the issue is resolved.
