This overflow helps maintain a stable water flow speed. The water that overflows is channeled down to the filter area in the serving tray base, where it is filtered before flowing into the water tank.
Additionally, there is no need for concern about potential flooding. The serving tray base has an emergency outlet. If there is too much water, it will flow directly from this outlet into the water tank, effectively handling any overflow.
