Please confirm you've gone through the following steps:
1. Replace Filters: Please kindly try to replace a new filter and ensure that your filter is fully soaked before using it. We recommend changing the filter once every two weeks, and more frequently if you have more than one dog.
2. Assemble the Water Fountain: Verify that the water fountain is assembled correctly, ensuring the water pump, blue water pipe, serving tray, and serving tray base are properly attached one by one.
3. Refill the Water Fountain: Please ensure the water level in the water fountain is higher than the minimum water level.
4. Pull the Water Pipe: Please try gently pulling the blue water pipe up a bit. This will help the water pipe and tray fit together more seamlessly, which can reduce the noise.
