What Can I Do If My Essential Automatic Feeder's Display Screen isn't Functioning Normally?

Please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting.

Disconnect and reconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries. Then, plug in the feeder using the original adapter and power cable.
Reset the feeder: Hold the Up button for 6 seconds when the feeder is in the locked mode to reset the feeder, and then check if the display screen works normally.
Change power: If the issue persists, please power on the feeder using another adapter, power cable, and power outlet to troubleshoot the issue. You can also add 3 Alkaline dry-cell batteries to see if there is any difference.
