What can I do if my Capsule Water Fountain is leaking?

First, please unplug the adapter, disassemble the water tank, and refill the tank with water to check to see if there are cracks in the tank.

• Please watch the video below on disassembling the water tank. Remember to towel dry the outside of the water tank after refilling, and leave it in a dry place for 4 hours.
  
• If the water tank is still leaking after refilling, it is defective. Contact customer support for a replacement.

If the water tank is fine, the water may be leaking from the wire slot.

• Please straighten and fix the water pipe to avoid the water pipe being too close to the slot.
• Make sure to cover the soft plug.

Sometimes water around the fountain is caused by pets drinking. Some pets are prone to spilling or playing with the water using their paws. Watch your pet when he/she drinks to see if this is the cause.  

• You can simply towel dry the bottom of the water tank and keep it out of reach of your pet for several hours and see if the problem persists.
• If the cause of spilling water is from your pet's interactions with the fountain, you can purchase a fountain mat or other water-resistant mats to place under the fountain.

If water overflows from the water tray, please replace the filter.

• If the filters are not regularly changed and the fountain is not regularly cleaned, the filtration efficiency will decrease, resulting in water flowing more slowly through the filter, and more water to collect in the tray.
• It is recommended to replace the filters every 2 weeks, but if you have more than 1 pet, do it more frequently.
