Recommended Cleaning Schedule
  • Thoroughly clean the entire feeder every 30 days, or sooner if food powder, oil, moisture, or buildup is present.
  • Clean the stainless-steel bowl(s) and bowl holder(s) every one to two weeks, or as often as needed based on your usual cleaning routine.
  • Replace the desiccant bags every two weeks or sooner if they become hard or damp.

Before Cleaning
  • Disconnect external power and set the battery switch to OFF.
  • Remove both desiccant bags from the lid.
  • The part as shown in the following picture are all the washable parts.
Cleaning Instructions
  • Hand-wash the removable bowl(s), bowl holder(s), food tank, lid, and designated washable dispensing parts using mild soap and water below 50°C (122°F). I have attached a picture showing all the washable parts.
  • Do not use a dishwasher. Do not rinse or immerse the main unit, camera, power port, bowl base, or electrical contacts. Wipe these areas with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
  • Allow every part to air-dry completely before reassembly.
  • Remove any food, hair, or foreign objects around the bowl holder, weighing base, and dispensing path.
