How to fix false eating records?

Follow these steps if the app generates eating records even though your pet did not actually eat.

Step 1. Check for external interference
Eating records may be triggered if:
  • Your pet touches or bumps the bowl.
  • Your pet licks the bowl without eating.
  • A toy or other object is placed in the bowl and later removed.
  • The feeder is accidentally moved.

Step 2. Perform Empty Bowl Calibration
Recalibrate the weight sensor through:
Device → Settings → Empty Bowl Calibration

Step 3. Check the weight sensor
Remove and replace the stainless steel bowl three times.
The displayed weight should remain stable after each test.

Step 4. Monitor future eating records
Observe whether false eating records continue after calibration.
