How to Calibrate My Dockstream 2 Smart Fountain Correctly?


Please ensure to complete the calibration steps after connecting to the WiFi, and follow the following important steps to recalibrate:

  1. In the fountain page, tap the settings button in the top right corner.
  2. Tap "Calibration"
  3. Start the Calibration Steps：

 

(1)  Remove the water tank from the base.
(2)  Make sure the base is on a flat, stable surface and remove all the items from the base.
*Note: Ensure the protective film on the water tank and base is removed.
(3)  Tap "I have completed all the steps above", then tap "CONFIRM" to finish calibration on the APP.

After completing the above steps, please place the water tank back on the base.
