What Should I Do If the APP Keep Saying That the Fountain Tank is Empty or Separated From the Base?

If the APP notifies you that the fountain tank is empty or separated from the base, please try the following to fix the situation:

 

Check the pump.

Disassemble the water pump rotor to check if the shaft is intact, and clean the pump to ensure optimal performance.

Check the assembly.

Reassemble the pump, water pipe, water tray, filter, filter lid, and spout step by step. Ensure that each part is properly aligned and fitted.

Note: Do not install the filter lid on the water tray in advance.

 

Calibrate the Fountain.
