What Do I Do If the Dockstream Smart Fountain Cannot Connect to the Wi-Fi?
If the Dockstream Smart Fountain can't connect to Wi-Fi, you can try the following steps for troubleshooting:
- Unplug the fountain and wait for about 10 minutes.
- Plug it in and long-press the Wi-Fi icon (the reset button) for 6 seconds until the light flashes smaller to reset the fountain.
- Put the router and the fountain in the same room and within 20 inches for a stronger signal. Walls or other obstructions can also affect the connection.
- Make sure that the Wi-Fi is a 2.4GHz network.

If the fountain can not be added to the app under the home Wi-Fi network, please try turning on a 2.4GHz mobile hotspot on another mobile phone and try to connect to the mobile hotspot.
