This issue refers to the Stainless Steel Water Fountain working with noise. The possible reasons are usually as follows:
1. Regular Pump Cleaning: The pump should be disassembled and cleaned every two weeks to ensure proper functioning and check if the motor is broken. Please refer to this video for guidance on how to clean the motor properly:
2. Calcium Build-up: If the pump has not been disassembled and cleaned previously, we recommend soaking the pump and rotor in white vinegar for 15-30 minutes to remove any calcium deposits.
3. Proper Water Levels: Ensure that the water level is above the minimum level, ideally covering the water pump, and between the minimum and maximum water lines.
