What Can I Do If the One RFID Feeder Fails to Connect to the Wi-Fi Network or the App?

If you have are having trouble connecting the RFID feeder to the Wi-Fi network, you can refer to the following steps for troubleshooting: 

 

1. Make sure the feeder is powered with the power cord and adapter.

2. Unplug the feeder and then plug it back in.

3. Please reset the feeder. In the unlocked state, press and hold the Reset button until you hear the feeder prompts "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection".

4. Put the router and the feeder in the same room and move the feeder close to the router.

5. Please try to add via "HOTSPOT" on the app if it fails to connect to the Wi-Fi via Bluetooth.

 

6. If you have another phone or device, please turn on the mobile hotspot on the other mobile phone and try to connect to the mobile hotspot
