Why Am I Not Getting Any Low Food Notifications on the One RFID Feeder When the Food Runs Out?

If you don't receive any Low Food Notifications when the food runs out, you can refer to the following steps for troubleshooting: 

 

1. Check if the feeder's screen shows "ADD FOOD".
2. Clean the low-food detection light and check again.
3. Clean the small transparent window on the food tank. For guidance on this process, here is a video for your reference:


4. Check if the APP notification permission is allowed in your phone's settings.
5. Check if the notifications on the APP are turned on.
