What Can I Do If My Stainless Steel Water Fountain Overflows?

Regarding the overflow issue with your stainless steel water fountain, please check the following:

1. Clean the Water Fountain and Replace the Filter: The filters should be replaced every 2 weeks, and we recommend cleaning the entire fountain once a week. Due to prolonged lack of cleaning and failure to replace the filter on time, the filter became clogged, resulting in poor water flow and overflow.

2. New Filter Issue: If the overflow issue occurs after replacing the filter, we suggest guiding the customer to soak the new filter for 5 minutes, then rinse it for 30 seconds. Alternatively, they can try replacing it with another new filter to see if the issue persists.

3. Pet's Drinking Behavior: If your cat or pet is playing with the water, this may cause spills.

4. Fountain Placement: Please place the water fountain on a flat and even surface.

5. Abnormal Lift or Splash: We have upgraded the filter tray and please confirm if the filter tray is new versioned. Please refer to the photo below showing the new filter tray for reference.
