What Can I Do If My One RFID Feeder Doesn't Dispense Food?

 

  1. Ensure the feeder is powered by the provided power cord and adapter.
  2. Confirm whether the kibble size is within 2-15mm/0.07-0.6 inches in diameter.
  3. Remove the food tank. Then feed manually and confirm if the rotor at the feeder base can work normally.
  4. Empty the food tank. Rotate the rotor cover counterclockwise and remove the cover.
  5. Clean the rotor and rotor cover and reinstall the rotor cover.
  6. Install the food tank and add food.
  7. Manually feed 3/12 cups and confirm if the dispensing is successful.
