A: Yes, the Polar feeder is designed to accommodate freeze-dried food rehydrated with water.
Q: Why is there water in the cooling area after some time?
A: The appearance of condensed water in the cooling area is a natural result of the feeder interacting with air during refrigeration. Simply wipe the area dry with a towel after each feeding plan for optimal maintenance.
Q: How long can wet food stay in the food bowl? Will it continue to refrigerate food after 72 hours without resetting?
A: The feeder preserves wet food for up to 72 hours. Even after a feeding plan ends, the cooling function remains active to maintain freshness. However, for your pet's health, we recommend cleaning up any leftover food promptly once feeding concludes, especially if you don't plan to use the feeder immediately.
Q: What is the recommended feeding duration?
A: Feeding durations can be set between 1 minute to 4 hours via the Petlibro App. For the freshest meals and to prevent spoilage, we recommend keeping the feeding time under one hour.

A: Polar’s thoughtful design ensures your pet enjoys fresh, gently chilled food. The feeding bowl rotates to the feeding area 30 minutes before mealtime, allowing food to naturally warm to a milder temperature. Additionally, the built-in temperature sensor halts cooling to ensure a perfect serving experience.

We've also changed the power adapter to a 3-prong plug for added stability and safety. Whether you have the plastic or stainless steel version, Polar Smart Wet Food Feeder is a safe, reliable feeder and the only one of its kind that keeps wet food fresh and flavorful for 3 days.
