How does the Trade-Up program work?

We’ve made it as easy as possible. Just fill out a quick online request to get your special Trade-Up discount code, then use it to buy your new, upgraded gear. You can even keep your old product—no need to send it back.

What products are eligible for the Trade-Up Program?

All Petlibro litter box, feeders, fountains, and cameras are eligible, as are similar devices from other brands.

How do I get my new device?

Once you’ve filled out the quick online request, you should get a unique discount code via email in 1 to 2 working days. You can use your code immediately to buy your upgraded gear. Just enter it at checkout on the Petlibro website.

How long is my discount code valid?

Your Trade-Up discount code is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Can I use my Trade-Up discount with other promotions?

Your Trade-Up discount code can’t be combined with other promotions or discount codes. Only one promo code can be used per order.

Do I need to return my old device?

No returns needed. Once you’ve got your new pet care from us, you can keep, recycle, or donate your old device.

Can I return a product purchased with this discount?

Yes, our standard return policy applies to your new product. Just note that the discount code value will not be refunded. Your refund will be for the final price you paid at checkout.
