If Scout isn't automatically tracking your pet, it's likely that the Auto Pet Tracking feature is turned off. Follow these steps to turn it on:
1) Go to the Live View.
2) Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
3) Go to “Auto Pet Tracking” and turn it on.
If Scout's still not tracking your pet, check your Wi-Fi connection or restart the camera.
