Why Does the Fountain Sometimes Fail to Register When My Pet Is Drinking?

This may happen if:

- Your pet plays with the water while drinking, which interferes with detection.

- The drinking amount is too small (less than 2ml) to register.

- In sensor mode, your pet drinks from behind the fountain, outside the detection range.

Tip: Place the fountain against a wall to improve detection accuracy.
