The "status unknown" error is usually related to network stability during scheduled feedings. We recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Unplug the Feeder: Disconnect the power cord and leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes.
2. Reset and Reconnect: Remove the batteries and plug the feeder back in. In unlock status, perform a Factory Reset by holding down the reset button until you hear "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection". Reopen the app and select the "ADD DEVICE" icon at the upper corner of the home page to re-add the device to the app.
3. Reposition the Feeder: Move the feeder closer to your router to ensure a strong signal, as a weak connection can sometimes cause delays in data uploads or recording.
4. Set a new schedule to see if the issue is addressed.
