Why am I not receiving the pet drinking notification from the Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain?

Please ake sure all the notification settings are on, I attached a screenshot for your reference. If the issue persists, please send us a screen recording showing the setting.

 

*Note: if you didn't allow the phone's notification about the Petlibro APP or you set the phone to "Do not disturb" mode, then you won't receive the drinking event notifications.
