What should I do if the Granary Smart Feeder firmware upgrade fails?

1. If you have a battery installed, please remove the battery first.

2. Restart the feeder to try to update again:

Unplugging and plugging in the power cord. Then, wait for 30 seconds to let the feeder load data. You will see that the feeder locks on automatically.
Hold the unlock button for 6 seconds to unlock the feeder, then hold the reset button for 6 seconds to reset the feeder. Then wait for a few seconds until you hear the voice "Ready for WiFi connection". Then, you can start the connecting operation on the app.

3. If convenient, please turn on the mobile hotspot on another mobile phone and reconnect the feeder to the mobile hotspot. Then, please try to update the firmware again.
