What should I do if the Granary Automatic Feeder cannot be turned on?

If your feeder can't be turned on, you can refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:

  1. Please change the power adapter to check if it can be turned on.
  2. Please change the power cord to see if it can be turned on.
  3. Please try different wall sockets to see if it can be turned on.
  4. Unplug the feeder and use the alkaline D batteries to check if it works.
  5. Please use the adapter and power cord that come with the feeder to power other devices to see if they work.
