What should I do if the display freezes or shows an abnormal screen on my Easy Feed Automatic Feeder?

If your feeder's display has frozen or is showing an abnormal screen, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Completely power off the feeder: Remove the batteries (if any) and unplug the feeder. Leave it powered off for one day.
2. Check the Power Source: Ensure that the feeder is powered by the original power charger (adapter and cord).
3. Test with Different Power Accessories: Try replacing the power cord, power adapter, and power outlet. Make sure the charger is securely connected, and if batteries are installed, remove them.
4. Turn on the Feeder: After following the steps above, turn on the feeder and observe if the display returns to normal.

 

If the issue persists, please record a video showing the issue clearly for further investigation. You can upload the video to iCloud or Google Drive and share the link with our support team if the video file size is too large.
