What to Do If the Air Smart Feeder Fails to Update Firmware?

There are a few situations that may cause the Air Smart Feeder firmware upgrade to fail.

A weak Wi-Fi connection signal.
Using the 5 GHz network on the phone.

To resolve the firmware upgrade issue, we recommend the following steps.

Please make sure that the feeder is placed near the router to ensure a stronger Wi-Fi connection signal. This will improve the connectivity during the upgrade process.
Please ensure that your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz network rather than a 5G network. Alternatively, you can try opening the mobile hotspot(with a 4G cellular network) from another phone to get a stable internet connection.
