Troubleshooting steps:

1. Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries. Then, turn on the feeder using another adapter, power cable, and power outlet. Allow at least 30 seconds for the necessary data to load. You will notice that the feeder's lock indicator will turn on automatically. Then check if the WiFi indicator works.

2. Unlock the feeder and long-press the reset button for 6 seconds, then wait for a few seconds to check the results.
