What should I do if my Easy Feed Automatic Feeder won't power on or is not receiving power?

If your Easy Feed Automatic Feeder is not turning on, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Confirm the Power Switch Position
Ensure that the power switch at the bottom of the feeder is in the "on" position.

2. Try Different Power Sources
Try using a different power cord, power adapter, and power outlet to eliminate any issues with the power supply.

3. Test the Power Accessories
Test the original power cord and power adapter with other devices to check if they are working properly.

4. Use New Batteries
If possible, attempt to power the feeder using brand-new AA batteries to rule out any power-related issues.
