Pet Recognition is an advanced AI feature that distinguishes individual pets by learning their body shape, unique facial features, and other characteristics. It currently supports dog and cat households.
If you need to adjust the Pet Sensitivity, just go to the App Settings and select Pet Recognition. Then choose Pet Recognition Sensitivity. You should see the Pet Recognition Sensitivity bar.
If pets are misidentified (for example, Pet A is recognized as Pet B), we recommend lowering the sensitivity. If the system isn't recognizing registered pets, try increasing the sensitivity.
The Pet Recognition Sensitivity has five levels, from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest). The higher the sensitivity, the more targets will be captured, which might result in more misidentifications. If you set the level too low, you might experience recognition delays or misses. Try adjusting the Pet Recognition level one notch at a time until you reach your preferred level.
