What Do I Do If the Pixie Mouse Interactive Cat Toy Doesn't Work? What If a Wheel Stops Working?

  1. Ensure the toy is fully charged by connecting it to a power source and pressing the nose for 5 seconds until the tail lights up. Please note that the toy cannot be turned on while charging. The tail will turn green when the toy is fully charged.
  2. After turning on the mouse, listen to see if you can hear the sound of the motor running. If the motor runs, but the wheel doesn't rotate, remove the wheel and check for any hair inside. If hair is present, clean it out and reinstall the wheel to test if it can rotate.

Important Note: Avoid pulling out the axle when removing and cleaning the wheels.
