1. Decrease the food down to the height of the rotor and make sure that your feeder is plugged in using the original adapter and power cable.
2. Please check if the tank base is assembled in the correct direction.
3. Reset the feeder and unlock it. Manually feed one portion of food several times to see if the rotor rotates once only.
4. If yes, please set up a new current time and three meal schedules for the next three minutes, one portion for each meal to verify the result.
5. If the issue occurs again, please plug in the feeder using another adapter, power cable, and power outlet to see if the feeder will work properly.
