Troubleshooting the clock issues on Easy Feed Automatic Feeder
If the clock on your Easy Feed Automatic Feeder is not running or is not advancing, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Check Power Source
Ensure that the feeder is powered by the original power cord and power adapter. Using an alternate power cord and power adapter may cause the clock not to function properly.
2. Perform a Factory Reset
- Factory reset the feeder. Unplug the feeder from all power sources (including the power adapter and batteries) and leave it off for at least 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, plug the feeder back in and power it on to check if the clock starts working.
3. Set the Correct Time
- Manually set the current time on the feeder.
- Observe whether the clock continues to advance as time progresses.
If the clock still doesn’t move, please record a video showing whether the clock progresses over time. The video should be at least one minute long to capture the issue.
