1. Is there an option to purchase additional Food Bowls? 

Yes, we do offer the purchase of additional accessories, including Food Bowls. However, please note that currently, these items can only be shipped within the continental United States. If you have a need for them, kindly reach out to our official support team and provide us with the quantity you require along with your exact physical address. Our support team will respond to your inquiry as swiftly as possible.

 

2. How does vacuum sealing work?

The Space Feeder will automatically seal the food tank after every feeding. If no feeding occurs, it will automatically seal the food tank in 3 hours.

You can also manually initiate vacuum sealing through the buttoron the machine, or in one tap via the app.

 

3. Can I use the Space Feeder unplugged?

The feeder can only be used unplugged during emergencies. Please connect the feeder to a wall outlet using the power adapter and power cable.
To ensure that the feeder can still dispense food on schedule in the event of a power outage, it's strongly recommended to install four D alkaline batteries (not included)as backup batteries.

 

4. How does the Battery Power Mode work?

In the event of a power outage, the feeder will automatically switch to Battery Power Mode as long as there are backup batteries installed, and the PETLIBRO app will notify you. IrBattery Power Mode, the feeder has a battery life of about 3 days, but the Air Pumping function cannot be used, and the food level detection function is only enabled during feeding.

 

5. Can this be used for wet cat food?

No. The feeder is suitable for dry food only, with kibble sizes ranging from 2-18mm / 0.07-0.7 inch in diameter

 

6. What is the size of each portion?

The portion size for the space feeder is as follows: 1 portion is approximately 20 mL, which is roughly equivalent to 1/12 of a cup.
However, please keep in mind that these measurements may vary slightly depending on the size and shape of the food being dispensed.

 

7. Can this feeder connect to the Petlibro Lite app?

No, it only supports the connection with the Petlibro app.


8. If we travel to another country, does the feeder follow the time zone of our location?

The feeder follows the time zone based on where it was originally set up and connected to Wi-Fi. Regardless of the user's current location or the location of their mobile phone, the device will always follow the time zone of the region it was last connected to.

 

9. Do I need a subscription to use the feeder? Why is there an extra charge?

Just to clarify, did the "Select Pet" option on the feeding plan setup page make you think that purchasing PetCare is necessary to use the feeder properly?

The PetCare service is an optional subscription service that is not required to use your feeder. The "Select Pet" option is part of this service, but if you do not wish to subscribe, you can simply skip this option during the setup process.

The essential setup options—such as feeding times and feeding amount—are marked with a red star, and you can proceed with these settings without needing to activate the subscription.
