To address the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including the batteries. Then, turn on the feeder using the adapter and power cable, and wait for 30 seconds to allow the necessary data to load.

2. Remove the SD card and re-insert it into the feeder.

3. Place the feeder next to the router.

4. Reset the feeder and reconnect it: Hold the unlock button for 6 seconds to unlock the feeder then hold the reset button for 6 seconds to reset the feeder. Then wait for a few seconds until you hear the voice or sound. Then you can start the connecting operation on the app.

5. Enable the "Motion Detection" in the Notification Settings.

6. Enable motion detection and sound detection, select the "Motion Detection Range" to large, and select the sensitivity to "High". Then, determine if the feeder can detect motions and wait for a few minutes to see if you can watch the detection videos in the Video Replay.
