How to resolve the "Keep Vacuuming" issue with the Space Smart Feeder?

 

1. Check Power Supply
Ensure the feeder is powered with the correct power cord and adapter. If available, try using another 5V 2A power adapter and a new power cord.

 

2. Reset the Feeder
Reset the feeder by pressing and holding the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear the prompt: "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection." Afterward, reconnect the feeder to your Wi-Fi network and check if the issue persists.

 

3. Check for Accidental Activation
Confirm that the pet is not accidentally touching the air-pumping button while eating, which might trigger continuous feeding.
