How to resolve the "Abnormal Indicator" 'ssue with the Space Smart Feeder?

 

1. Check Feeder’s Power Source
Ensure that the feeder is powered by the power cord and adapter. If possible, try using another 5V 2A power adapter and a new power cord to rule out any issues with the current adapter or cord.

 

2. Remove Batteries (If Installed)
If you have inserted batteries into the feeder, remove them to check if they are causing any abnormal behavior with the indicator.

 

3. Check for Abnormal Notifications in the App
Verify whether there are any abnormal notifications displayed in the app. This might provide insight into the cause of the abnormal indicator.

 

4. Reset the Feeder
Reset the feeder by holding the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear the prompt: "reset successfully" and "ready for Wi-Fi connection." After resetting, reconnect the feeder to your Wi-Fi network and check the indicator again.
