How to resolve issues with the Black & White Night Vision function not working or operating abnormally?

To resolve this issue, follow these simple steps:

1. Please wipe the camera with a clean, dry cloth, and then place the device in a location where it is not directly exposed to light (avoid turning on floor lamps or other direct light sources).
2. Unplug then plug the machine in to restart it.
3. Turn off "Auto Black & White Night Vision". Then check if the camera view on the app shows normally.
4. If the camera view works normally, turn on "Auto Black & White Night Vision" to see if the issue happens again.
5. Please try to replace another power cord and adapter to see if this will happen again.
