To resolve this issue, follow these simple steps:
1. Check whether there are both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands on your home network that are preventing the camera from connecting stably. If yes, assign different names (SSIDs) for each band. This helps the camera distinguish between the two bands and connect to a specific band, preventing interference from another band.
2. Try moving your camera so it's closer to your router, and then reboot the router. Considering that this may also be caused by the network signal. It is best if the wifi and camera are in the same room. If not, please keep as few obstacles as possible within their straight-line distance.
3. If you have another 5V 1A power adapter with cable. Please try to replace this power supply. This will help us rule out the possibility of a power problem.
4. Resetting the Camera: First, slide the Manual Privacy Cover to the left. Locate the reset button and use a sharp object such as a toothpick or paperclip to press and hold it for 5 seconds. Upon hearing the "Reset Successfully" prompt, wait for the device to restart. Finally, slide the Manual Privacy Cover back to the right until it clicks into the locked position.
